RN (PRN)

Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide direct care to residents as assigned. Plan, direct, and carry out shift routines in the assigned unit while observing and evaluating personnel activities in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Assume "Building Charge" responsibilities as directed by the DON or Designee. Provide leadership and direction within the unit, manage resident care functions, and handle charting, documentation, and assessment duties. Participate in facility committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary processes. Perform other duties as assigned.
