Job Summary
Assess patients and implement nursing interventions while monitoring progress and evaluating outcomes. Perform standard procedures, administer medications per protocol, and execute basic IV and phlebotomy skills. Complete all required documentation, including discharge planning, and provide health-related education to patients. Participate in orientation and training for new employees, contract staff, students, and others. Requires a current Arizona RN license, completed PSV, N95 fit testing, and one year of experience in this position.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid, unrestricted license as an RN issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing - OR- issued by a participating Compact State
- Current, completed PSV from the from the from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, obtained via the following link: https://www.nursys.com
- Current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators
- Minimum one year of past work experience in this position
