Job Summary
Provides nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, conducts admission assessments and ongoing health status evaluations, develops and revises care plans with an interdisciplinary team, administers medications and IV therapies, documents interventions and care plans, communicates with the IDT, residents, and families, utilizes SBARR for physician notification, supports QAPI-driven quality improvement, assists with ADLs, maintains up-to-date nursing practice, and may be assigned other duties.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state you will be working
- Education from an accredited school of nursing that results in becoming a registered nurse
- CPR/AED certification required, or willing to obtain within six months of employment
