RN PRN

Administer medications per safety and regulatory standards while conducting nursing assessments and documenting outcomes. Attend to resident medical complaints, schedule clinic appointments, and ensure timely completion of lab work and incident reports. Process admissions and discharges, monitor restraint usage, verify chart audits, and provide health education to residents and families. Ensure proper operation of medical equipment and notify supervisors and risk management of relevant issues. Requires current Oklahoma RN license and minimum one year of adolescent experience.
