Job Summary
RN on the Progressive Care-Telemetry (PCU/Tele) unit coordinates direct patient care, delivers education, and serves as the leader of the patient care team in a fast-paced setting. Nurses on this unit are trained in cardiac rhythm interpretation and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure high-quality patient care. The role offers opportunities to participate in shared governance, promote evidence-based practice, and lead nursing practice initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Minimum of one year RN experience in an acute care setting
- BSN or ADN currently enrolled in BSN program preferred
- BLS certification required
