Job Summary
Provide competent, patient and family-centered nursing care autonomously, analyzing data to identify problems, evaluate patterns, and promptly respond to changes in patient condition. Assess patients and families for developmentally appropriate needs, provide individualized education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and maintain plans of care. Communicate through meaningful clinical documentation, complete hand-offs, and participation in rounds and team meetings. Participate in shared decision-making, councils, and committees while mentoring healthcare professionals and students. Perform other duties as assigned within a variable time, part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- RN license - Arkansas or Compact State
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent or Nursing Diploma
- 1 year of experience
- Flu vaccines are required
- This position has been designated as safety sensitive and cannot be filled by a candidate who is a current user of medical marijuana
