RN PRN - Neuro Acute/Spine

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families for bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and just-in-time teaching. Coordinate safe quality patient care delivery through diverse interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and case reviews. Participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives to promote optimal outcomes. Mentor and precept other professional nurses, staff, and students to ensure a qualified workforce. Complete all mandatory education, competency assessments, and population-specific training. Uphold Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act standards, TJC Patient Safety Goals, and Wellstar Health Systems policies.
