RN - PRN - Luther Manor

Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary providers to plan and evaluate care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and deliver resident education while delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within their scope of competence. Serve as charge nurse when assigned, ensuring safe administration of care and resolving service concerns. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards for the assigned clinical setting.
