Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents. Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary colleagues to coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and manage preventative health maintenance and treatment phases. Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe administration of care and resolving service concerns. Make your own schedule by picking up weekend PRN shifts that work for you, earning $32.50 to $48.00 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
