Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers quality nursing care in an inpatient setting, responsible for patient care activities through independent judgment and collaboration with the care team. This role requires accountability for nursing care, patient education, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of nursing experience, current RN licensure, and certifications in BLS and ACLS. The RN will also participate in performance improvement processes and provide emotional support to patients and families.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN Licensure, either Texas or Compact
Desired Qualifications
- BLS and ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- ENPC and TNCC preferred for ER
