RN-PRN II-Med/Surg Observation

Assess patients accurately based on medical conditions and administer prescribed medications while providing care appropriate to their condition and age. Formulate teaching plans for patients and families, evaluate effectiveness, and assist physicians with procedures requiring technical skills. Communicate with multidisciplinary teams, address psychosocial needs, and collaborate with social services regarding hospital and post-discharge requirements. Prioritize patient care efficiently, promote safety by reducing unnecessary harm, and utilize cost-effective practices for supplies and charge items. Maintain BLS certification within 14 days of hire and pursue lifelong learning in the nursing profession.
