RN-PRN II Med/Surg

Assess patients accurately based on medical conditions and administer medications as prescribed. Provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age, including basic self-care activities, while formulating and evaluating teaching plans that include family members. Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, assisting with procedures and addressing psychosocial needs. Prioritize care effectively and promote safety by reducing risks of unnecessary harm, utilizing cost-effective practices for supplies and charge items. Maintain lifelong learning and demonstrate computer literacy. Requires one year of nursing experience, RN licensure, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
