Job Summary
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Cardiac Med/Surg setting and collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Administers medications, conducts patient assessments, and develops/implements teaching plans for patients and families. Demonstrates nursing knowledge in treatments, prioritizes patient care, and promotes safety. Requires RN license with BLS (within 14 days of hire); ACLS/PALS certifications preferred. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; location: Southaven, MS. Per diem (PRN) role with in-person facility duties.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- RN license
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- ACLS/PALS Specialty Certification (Preferred)
- Computer literacy
