Job Summary
Assess patient and family needs across physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors to determine eligibility, admission, and care planning. Coordinate with the attending physician and interdisciplinary team to implement therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Re-assess patients to update care plans, maintain accurate records, and perform clinical pronouncements of death while supporting families. Work as needed Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm with two days of on-call rotation per month in Clarksville, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice
- Maintains a current CPR certification
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, family members, visitors, agency personnel, and general public
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
