Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting using the nursing process; plan, direct and carry out shift routines in the assigned unit; observe, direct and evaluate personnel as in-charge; serve on committees and attend facility meetings to enhance interdisciplinary processes; perform charting and documentation, assessment functions, and resident-care duties while maintaining compliance with Nurse Practice Act and facility policies; assume Building Charge responsibilities as directed by the DON or designee; demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and commitment to purpose-driven care in a supportive, caring environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR Certification
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Education: Technical/other training or better in Nursing
- Licenses & Certifications Required: Registered Nurse
- CPR/First Aid (Preferred)
