Job Summary
PRN Registered Nurse (RN) at Horizons Care Center. Provide direct resident care using the nursing process, plan and direct shift routines, and oversee unit activities as the person in charge per the Nurse Practice Act. Lead and coordinate care in the assigned unit, perform charting, documentation, and assessments, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to enhance resident outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR Certification
- Experience in long-term care preferred

- Licenses & Certifications Required: Registered Nurse
- Preferred: CPR/First Aid
