Job Summary
PRN Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity at Horizons Care Center. Provide direct resident care using the nursing process, plan and direct shift routines in the assigned unit, observe and evaluate personnel as the person in charge per the Nurse Practice Act, and assume Building Charge responsibilities as directed. Lead and coordinate care, perform charting, documentation and assessments, and participate in facility committees and interdisciplinary processes. Requires RN licensure in Colorado and CPR certification; long-term care experience preferred. This role supports a mission-driven, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and development in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR Certification
- Experience in long-term care preferred
