RN (PRN)

Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide direct care to residents as assigned, while observing and evaluating personnel activities as the unit's person in charge. Provide leadership and direction within the assigned unit, manage shift routines, and oversee charting, documentation, and assessment functions. Participate in facility committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary processes and assume Building Charge responsibilities as directed by the Director of Nursing. This PRN role supports long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and respite services at Horizons Care Center in Delta County, Colorado, with a preference for candidates possessing long-term care experience.
