RN (PRN)

Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide direct care to residents as assigned while planning, directing, and carrying out shift routines in the assigned unit. Assume "Building Charge" responsibilities as directed by the DON or Designee and provide leadership and direction within the unit. Manage resident care, charting, documentation, and assessment functions. Participate in and attend various committees and meetings of the facility to enhance the interdisciplinary process. Perform other duties as assigned. This role supports Horizons Care Center's mission of delivering long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and respite services with a family-first approach in a peaceful Delta County setting.
