Job Summary
RN PRN - Adult Psych in Lutheran Hospital's 3C unit provides direct nursing care to behavioral health patients, implementing and monitoring care plans, assessing conditions, and coordinating discharge needs. Nights 7:00pm–7:30am with weekend/holiday requirements. The role supports ongoing education and professional development, within a Magnet Hospital setting that emphasizes caregiver safety and high-quality patient care. Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS as applicable; preferred qualifications include BSN. Physical requirements include lifting and exposure to potential infectious conditions; performance and safety standards are aligned with Cleveland Clinic Health System policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through AHA or Red Cross
- ACLS Certification (through AHA) must be presented upon hire or within first year of hire for Critical Care areas
