RN - Primary Care (Richland)

Provide nursing care to patients and families across the lifespan within the RN scope; review physician orders, dispense medications per policy, and document accordingly; offer health and wellness education; provide leadership for quality-improvement initiatives; assist with procedures and triage patients (birth through lifespan); conduct telephone triage, anticipate testing needs, and manage follow-up such as test results and medication refills; schedule tests and coordinate care across ancillary services; ensure adherence to established standards of care and professional practice at Carle Health.
