Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs, suggesting solutions to patient complaints and departmental problems. Identify and recommend fixes for departmental issues while assisting in productivity assessments. Coordinate teaching plans based on patient and family learning needs. Maintain active Registered Nurse licensure and Basic Life Support certification. Hourly pay ranges from $29.00 to $52.00 with comprehensive benefits including equity stock purchase and 401k. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
