RN Preceptor - Residency Teaching Unit, Nights

Conduct nursing care for acute care patients from birth through the lifecycle on the 20-bed Nurse Residency Unit, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide onboarding support to new graduate nurses across seven med/surg units, fostering their transition to practice in a safe learning environment. Work part-time nights (7pm-7am) with a sign-on bonus available.
