RN Pre Procedure Phase II (Saint Louis)

Assess patients prior to admission via phone or in person, collecting medical history from previous records. Coordinate patient needs with the anesthesia department and perform direct patient care activities for all age groups. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in accordance with established hospital policies and standards. Work under the direct supervision of the ASU Nurse Manager. Schedule is 5a-1:30p or 530a-2p with no call but weekend rotation. Located in the Ambulatory Surgery Unit adjacent to the OR and PACU.
