RN Pre/Post/PACU Full-time Days

Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care for surgical patients in the Preoperative, Postoperative, and PACU settings. Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to medical emergencies including CPR and code activities. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans, provide patient and family education, and implement infection control protocols. Monitor and operate medical equipment such as IV pumps and ventilators while documenting all findings accurately. Participate in audits, chart reviews, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and outcomes.
