RN Pre Post Op

Complete pre-operative assessments, review medical histories, verify consents, and educate patients and families on procedures and recovery expectations. Monitor vital signs, manage pain, assess surgical sites, and coordinate safe discharges or transfers post-operatively. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams while practicing evidence-based care in a fast-paced, compassionate environment that supports growth and learning.
