Job Summary
RN in the Pre-op/Phase II Recovery Unit at Sibley Memorial Hospital (Johns Hopkins Health System). Role involves prepping and recovering patients undergoing a variety of surgeries in a 13-room OR, with responsibilities spanning patient assessment, monitoring, and ensuring readiness for recovery. Must hold DC RN license, BLS certification, and have at least 6 months RN experience (1 year preferred); PACU/ICU experience preferred with training offered. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in the District of Columbia
- BLS CPR certification through AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training
- Minimum of six (6) months RN experience required; 1 year preferred
- PACU or ICU expereince preferred, will train the right acute care nurse
