Job Summary
Provide holistic care to patients utilizing the nursing process, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. This position requires performing initial and ongoing patient assessments, developing and coordinating individualized care plans, implementing prescribed interventions, and evaluating treatment outcomes. Essential functions include maintaining patient relationships, advocating for patient-centered care, and ensuring responsiveness to patient and family needs. The role demands a high degree of professionalism, development of cultural competence, and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current AZ RN license
- CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Baccalaureate in nursing
- Professional organization specialty certification
- 1+ years specific unit experience
