Job Summary
RN Post Surgical in an inpatient Post-Surgical Care Unit (30-bed) providing professional nursing care using the nursing process, patient-family centered care, teaching plans, and documentation. Must hold nursing degrees (AS BN) and NCLEX licensure; BLS required; night shift with 7 p.m.–7:30 a.m. hours, including every other weekend, and a sign-on bonus for external candidates. Unit emphasizes teamwork, learning, high-quality care, and supportive policies; within Corewell Health Lakeland St. Joseph system.
Required Qualifications
- Associates in Nursing
- Bachelors in Nursing within 5 years
- NCLEX licensure
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
