Job Summary
Conduct post-anesthesia care for patients in the recovery unit at Providence Alaska Medical Center. Deliver whole-person care aligned with the mission of caring for everyone, especially the most vulnerable in our communities. Work three 12-hour shifts weekly in a full-time, on-site role across multiple available shifts. Maintain Alaska Registered Nurse licensure and hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Apply specialized training to support patient recovery while fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued and everyone is essential, heard, and respected.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
