RN Pool Plus 12 Week in Neonatal ICU: Neonatal ICU nursing care for twelve-week float-pool assignment. Provides nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, with emphasis on pediatric/neonatal populations, patient and family education, discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians and other staff. Performs rounds, administers medications (IM/IV/SQ/PO), monitors patient condition, updates records, and ensures patient safety and infection control. Supervises LPNs and ancillary staff on the unit, assists in orientation and training, transports patients and specimens, participates in emergencies with CPR/BLS/ACLS, and maintains nursing licensure/certifications. Requires graduation from an approved nursing program and TN or compact state RN licensure, minimum 2 years of RN experience, and ability to work in a 12-week float pool during the assignment.
