Job Summary
RN - Pulmonary Medicine Unit in Naperville. Provides professional nursing care per the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Performs patient assessment, identifies changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress, and documents observations. Delegates appropriate tasks, collaborates as a team member to meet unit goals. Works full-time (36 hours/week) on day shift (7:00am-7:30pm) with rotating weekends/holidays. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred with 1+ years inpatient RN experience; Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing
- Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
