Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care in the Pulmonary Medicine Unit, adhering to the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Requires 1+ year RN experience in an inpatient unit and licensure in Illinois, with a BSN preferred or ADN with BSN commitment within five years. Duties include assessing patients, recognizing changes, planning and evaluating care, delegating tasks, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Days shift 7:00am-7:30pm with rotating weekends/holidays; full-time position in Naperville/Oswego, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing OR Associate Degree or higher in Nursing with obligation to obtain BSN within five years if ADN highest degree
