Job Summary
RN - Pulmonary Medicine Unit position requiring 1+ year RN experience in inpatient setting, IL RN licensure, CPR, and nursing degrees (ADN or BSN). Provides professional nursing care, conducts patient assessments, plans and evaluates care, delegates tasks, collaborates with unit team, and adheres to hospital policies. Day shifts on the Pulmonary Medicine unit in Naperville area with 36 hours per week, days 7:00am-7:30pm, rotating weekends/holidays. Requires ADN or higher (must pursue BSN within 5 years if ADN highest), preferred BSN; licensure in Illinois; CPR certification; hospital-based nursing experience. Required Qualifications
- Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
