Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Monument Health’s Plastic Surgery department providing direct patient-focused care. Utilizes the ANA Nursing Process to collect data, diagnose issues, set outcomes, plan and implement care, and evaluate progress. Coordinates care, delivers health teaching and promotion, and collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams while adhering to ANA standards of professional practice and organizational policies. The role emphasizes safe, evidence-based nursing practice, leadership in the clinical setting, and ongoing professional development. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a nursing education program approved by a board of nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association
- Registered Nurse (RN) license - South Dakota Board of Nursing or Wyoming Board of Nursing for Wyoming facilities
- Possibly Bachelors degree in Nursing (preferred)
- 5+ years of RN experience (preferred)
- Scheduling flexibility as determined by department
Desired Qualifications
- RN license (South Dakota or Wyoming for Wyoming facilities)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
- 5+ years of Registered Nurse experience (preferred)
