Perform rapid assessments, triage, and deliver evidence-based nursing care to diverse, high-acuity patients in the Emergency Department night shift. Manage IV therapy, medication administration, cardiac and respiratory monitoring, wound care, and patient education while documenting accurately in the EMR. Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to uphold infection control and safety standards. Support the culture of respect, innovation, and patient-centered care with opportunities for ongoing professional development.
