Job Summary
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform advanced medical procedures for critically ill pediatric patients during night shifts. Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians and respiratory therapists to coordinate treatment. Respond to medical emergencies following established protocols while documenting all interventions accurately. Provide education and support to patients' families regarding their condition and treatment progress. This full-time night shift role requires an Alaska-licensed RN with at least one year of experience and BLS/PALS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider PALS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Full Time
