Job Summary
Telehealth RN for women's health performing remote triage and patient assessments via phone/video for outpatient clinics; collaborates with interprofessional team to deliver high-quality care using remote technology, with emphasis on assessments, interventions, education, and follow-up; requires ADN with BSN within 5 years for later hires, 5 years of relevant experience in ED/ICU/outpatient/telehealth, and Michigan RN license; on-site Grand Rapids location with telehealth delivery and remote care model.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree Nursing
- Bachelor’s Degree Nursing must be obtained within 5 years for those who start in this RN role on or after March 1, 2026
- Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program
- 5 years of relevant experience in ED / ICU, outpatient physician practice, telehealth triage or other relevant specialty
- Michigan RN License upon hire
