RN - Periop - Grenada

Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care and treatment for patients in the assigned clinical area. Coordinate operations including patient scheduling, record maintenance, and admissions while counseling patients and families on conditions, diet, and medication compliance. Act as a liaison between case managers and utilization review, ensuring patient safety and accurate record-keeping. Serve as a preceptor, report concerns to supervisors, and participate in nursing councils or committees to improve care. Maintain exceptional customer service standards and perform other duties as assigned.
