Job Summary
Coordinate care, perform patient assessments, educate patients, and triage individuals at the Perham Family Medicine Clinic. Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care while collaborating with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to state licensure standards and the Nurse Practice Act. Enjoy daytime shifts with no nights, weekends, or holidays, working 40 weekly hours at a salary of $25.50 to $38.50. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific licensure, competencies and certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
