RN Performance Excellence- Quality Management

Facilitate improvement in overall quality and performance excellence by obtaining clinical documentation through collaboration with physicians, nursing, documentation specialists, and coders. Ensure patient-centered clinical data and quality metrics accurately reflect care provided, while maintaining complete and accurate information for quality outcome reporting. Consistently maintain ongoing education relative to CMS patient safety indicators, mortalities, and other quality metrics. Requires a current Alabama or Multistate Nursing License, BSN or MSN, and at least 5-7 years of acute care hospital experience.
