Assess patients and provide safe, effective care for the age population served according to regulatory requirements. Demonstrate clinical assessment and care planning skills while professionally directing team member activities. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for the plan of care from admission through discharge and assess learning needs of patients and families. Float to multiple areas within the assigned team based on skill level. Work 24 hours every two weeks with rotating weekends and holidays.
