RN Per Diem Pool Team 2 (Med Surg/Tele Casual 24 hours per pay), Allegheny General

Demonstrate clinical assessment and care planning skills while providing safe, effective care for the age population served according to regulatory requirements. Professionally direct and manage team member activities and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for the plan of care from admission through discharge. Assess learning needs of patients and families to provide education based on age, culture, and willingness to learn. Float to multiple areas within the assigned team based on skill level. This role supports Allegheny General's Level I Shock Trauma Center and Cancer Center within the Allegheny Health Network.
