Job Summary
Perform maternal and fetal assessments, interpret fetal monitoring, and administer medications for laboring patients and newborns. Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries and respond to obstetric and neonatal emergencies while providing culturally responsive education and emotional support to families. Document care in the EHR and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to advance health equity for South Los Angeles patients. Work night shifts in a high-acuity, family-centered setting at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital.
