Job Summary
Prioritize, delegate, and evaluate patient care while delivering nursing interventions using the nursing process according to hospital protocols. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction. Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff while advocating for ethical, holistic care across diverse backgrounds. This per diem role supports the Pediatric Urgent Care Clinics in Gig Harbor, Tacoma, and Olympia with flexible, variable scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP)
- National Certification in Hospice, Palliative Nursing, or ELNEC certification
- Two (2) years of recent pediatric experience
- One (1) year Hospice or Palliative Care experience
- RN with 15+ years of service
- internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021
