Job Summary
Interpret the plan of medical care and assess patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care. Administer medications, monitor for reactions, and record vital signs while reporting symptoms or condition changes. Maintain accurate reports and coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and conditions. Requires at least one year of acute care RN experience and a 36-hour, 7p-7a night shift.
Required Qualifications
- At least ONE year of RN experience
- Associate's Degree Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- Registered Nurse [RN - State License]
- Clinical nursing experience minimum 2 years
- Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment
- Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients
