Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Pediatric Neurology outpatient clinic role in Kalispell, MT focusing on rooming patients, vitals, labs, triage, and care coordination within a multidisciplinary team. Provides nursing care to pediatric patients, assesses needs, develops individualized plans, administers medications, and supports education for patients and families. Requires Montana RN license (or multi-state compact), PALS within 6 months, and strong teamwork, communication, and computer skills for outpatient clinic operations. Full-time daytime schedule (Four 10-hour shifts), in-person clinic setting with emphasis on safety, confidentiality, and quality pediatric care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana
- BSN degree preferred
- PALS within six (6) months of hire/transfer
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, self-starter
- Critical thinking and ability to work in team and independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills for sensitive/confidential situations
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to learn other software
- RN Job-Specific Duties including patient assessment, plan of care development, medication administration, coordination with healthcare team, education and competency validation
