Job Summary
Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care through in-home client assessments and supervisory visits across Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. Develop individualized pediatric care plans, oversee their implementation, and provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to field nursing staff. Facilitate new hire orientation, participate in training and mentoring for new and tenured nurses, and coordinate ongoing in-services and education. Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families while supporting quality care delivery and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Hands-on pediatric nursing experience
- Recent bedside nursing experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the service area as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Home care or home health experience
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience
- Willingness to learn tracheostomy and ventilator skills
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong clinical judgment
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
