Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients per physician orders and plan of care while supervising caregiver efforts. Administer and monitor medications as prescribed, conduct nursing assessments, and document all actions to inform physicians and families. Complete supervisory visits for plan of care reviews and caregiver competency assessments, ensuring compliance with state regulations and operational policies. Work with nursing supervisors to address individual health needs and participate in staff meetings. Maintain confidentiality and follow all regulatory standards in the home environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
- Current and unrestricted license in the state of the operation
- CPR professional certification
- Capable of working independently with highly confidential information
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of nursing experience preferred
