RN - Pediatric Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients per physician orders and plan of care. Administer and monitor medications as prescribed, conduct nursing assessments, and document all actions while informing physicians and families. Supervise caregivers involved in the client's plan of care, performing compliance visits to review care plans and assess caregiver competency. Ensure adherence to operational, state, and regulatory standards, including verifying verbal orders and medical reports. Work with directors and supervisors to address individual health needs and participate in staff meetings and in-services. Maintain confidentiality and follow policies according to operation, state, and regulatory standards.
